Pros

Blue Signal is a phenomenal company with an outstanding reputation in the industry. The company culture is amazing and everyone in the company from leadership down is invested in not only making it a great place to work but also continuing to find ways to improve. It is a highly collaborative environment, there are a ton of tools, resources, and support provided and the leadership team (including the CEO) is more accessible than anywhere else I have ever worked. The CEO is in the office every day doing the same work as everyone else and always available for help. It is a performance based environment, where people are rewarded (heavily) for the results the produce. The commission structure is one of the best in the industry and people are given the autonomy/flexibility to get their job done in the most effective way that works for them as long as they are productive (flexible time off, work remote, etc...).

There is nothing that comes to mind at the moment.

Resources are endless and the leadership is the best I have worked with.

Cons

None but if I was forced to come up with one then it would be the amount of meetings we have. Which is 3 so is nothing in comparison with other companies.
