Pros

You own your desk! Work what you want to work - like recruiting, great! like BD, that's great, too! In addition, BSS has incredible earning potential for recruiters. Extremely generous commission structures. The training and development is laser focused, acutely relevant, and highly encouraged. If you want to become an industry leader and recognized expert in your field, BSS has every possible avenue available to you to achieve that. Quite possibly the most advantageous aspect to working at BSS is the incredible support team. I loathed doing administrative back-office work that stole my attention away from making money. At BSS, they have an entire team of top-tier support experts to free you up to place as many candidates as possible! They make your marketing brochures individualized for each and every position, they put together slide decks for client presentations, they create highly detailed interview preps, create custom blog posts for you to publish, and the list goes on and on. There's no limit to what you can achieve here. If you don't earn over 6 figures, it is because you don't want to.

Cons

I personally love the freedom that comes with working 100% remote. That being said, being totally remote is not for everyone. If you can't stay organized and on-task (even though there are terrific resources BSS offers it's employees to help with this), then this could be a challenging opportunity for you.

Pros

The opportunity to work at Blue Signal over the past 4 years has been far more than I could have ever hoped for. If you were like me, feeling stuck in your 8-5 with limited upward mobility and little challenge, look no further. The people at Blue Signal are some of the smartest, innovative, humble, and hard-working individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work with and learn from. If you are looking for a good company to call home that will fully value your new ideas, foster continued education, and career growth, come on over! The support team, compensation, benefits, and perks are unheard of in the recruiting industry, and every one up to the CEO is always willing to help – no matter how big or small. The management team encourages change and open communication from all. And even better yet, they are all willing to listen, learn, and grow. Have a better idea for a process? Tell us! Our tools and processes are constantly being evaluated to make sure we can support our team, clients, and candidates as best as possible. The executive team genuinely cares about your success and well-being - it’s not punitive – and that’s the best part of working here.

Cons

Blue Signal is work-hard, play-hard. Working at a fast growing company can be a lot - it is not for everyone. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment that is challenging, but extremely rewarding - you will thrive here.
