Quite possibly the most advantageous aspect to working at BSS is the incredible support team. I loathed doing administrative back-office work that stole my attention away from making money. At BSS, they have an entire team of top-tier support experts to free you up to place as many candidates as possible! They make your marketing brochures individualized for each and every position, they put together slide decks for client presentations, they create highly detailed interview preps, create custom blog posts for you to publish, and the list goes on and on.

Cons
I personally love the freedom that comes with working 100% remote. That being said, being totally remote is not for everyone. If you can't stay organized and on-task (even though there are terrific resources BSS offers it's employees to help with this), then this could be a challenging opportunity for you.
