Pros

The opportunity to work at Blue Signal over the past 4 years has been far more than I could have ever hoped for. If you were like me, feeling stuck in your 8-5 with limited upward mobility and little challenge, look no further. The people at Blue Signal are some of the smartest, innovative, humble, and hard-working individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work with and learn from. If you are looking for a good company to call home that will fully value your new ideas, foster continued education, and career growth, come on over! The support team, compensation, benefits, and perks are unheard of in the recruiting industry, and every one up to the CEO is always willing to help – no matter how big or small. The management team encourages change and open communication from all. And even better yet, they are all willing to listen, learn, and grow. Have a better idea for a process? Tell us! Our tools and processes are constantly being evaluated to make sure we can support our team, clients, and candidates as best as possible. The executive team genuinely cares about your success and well-being - it’s not punitive – and that’s the best part of working here.

Cons

Blue Signal is work-hard, play-hard. Working at a fast growing company can be a lot - it is not for everyone. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment that is challenging, but extremely rewarding - you will thrive here.

Pros

Management, Executive, and Operational team are ALL SUPER AMAZING! Blue Signal provides MORE resources than ANY BDM or Recruiter could wish for! ZoomInfo even post DiscoverOrg acquisition (AMAZING and $$$$$$). The BEST part is the managers and even the owner himself offer EVERY EMPLOYEE as MUCH or as LITTLE support/assistance/leadership that THEY prefer. I personally feel respected and valued by my direct manager and executive team. I also appreciate the communication style companywide is COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY! I feel as though that is a rare quality within organizations a lot of the time. I have to say this is THE BEST staffing firm I have ever worked for in my 17 years of experience in this industry

Cons

They have daily/weekly goals that are STRICT. If you are not self-motivated and passionate about the staffing industry or what you do in your role, then Blue Signal is not right for you! Most positions are working remotely from home, and it can be a GREAT thing for some people, and others need to be in an office getting motivation from other's energy, etc. However, at Blue Signal, the direct managers are very transparent and UPFRONT about expectations throughout the interview process and stick to those expectations. When the expectations and goals are discussed, the better off we all are 😊 , and then you can do what you are hired to do. If you hit any hiccups, the owner and managers (as mentioned in PROS) are THERE TO HELP in any way they can and offer that EACH time you speak to any of them 😊
