      Best Recruitment Firm I Have Worked At

      Pros

      I’ve been with Blue Signal now for several months. I have worked for 3 other recruiting firms in the course of my career. BSS is hands down the best company I have worked for. The culture is healthy and vibrant. BSS has an excellent reputation which makes engaging with candidates and clients a breeze. There are lots of jobs to work right out of training to help a recruiter ramp up quickly. The BSS leadership team are all good people that put helping others at the forefront of everything they do. Training is very well done. Very thorough. BSS invests heavily in our tech stack. In summary BSS has a stellar reputation, lots of growth and earning opportunities, healthy and inclusive company culture, remote work opportunities, and a fantastic team to work with and learn from. I highly recommend to any junior or experienced recruiter.

      Cons

      Recruiting is not for everyone. You must put in the extra time while ramping up. The draw structure took some getting use to but there are opportunities to make placements quickly if you work smart and stay focused.

      Pros

      BSS is a great place to work. Coming from other agencies, you can quickly see the difference in your results based on your work. What you put in, is what you get out and the sky is the limit here. Leadership is extremely supportive and always willing to listen to your ideas. They are truly invested in the success of their employees, especially the CEO. The amount of resources we are given is a major plus and I couldn't say enough about our stellar marketing team.

      Cons

      No cons. You have to be willing to put in the work to reap the rewards. This isn't a 9-5 where you can be lazy every day and still make the money. You have to kill what you eat and it's gratifying when you do. It's sales (period). Work = money. Laziness and excuses = starvation.

      Hands down the best recruiting agency for top performers

      Pros

      Blue Signal offers an incredible earnings opportunity for top performers in the sales and recruiting space. Best-in-class comp structures; unmatched back-end support; flexible work options; fun culture; every tool you need to be successful (if you know how to use them).

      Cons

      Not a great place if you're unmotivated or unwilling to put in some hard work (especially if you're new to recruiting).
