      Pros

      Blue Signal is the best company I have ever worked for. Management supports growth and you truly do create your own destiny. The tools and support provided is unprecedented. For a remote company, they make sure to do their best to keep everyone engaged and up to speed on new training, celebrations and provide an open door policy for all of us! I am thankful to be apart of a growing team that is lead by some of the best in the nation!!

      Pros

      Amazing and I dont say that lightly, leadership. Fantastic model, remote with amazing support! Automation tools are off the charts great! If you are experienced, or not in recruiting and want to work with an amazing team, Blue Signal is your place!

      Cons

      None, zero, only I wish I would have found BSS much earlier in my career.

      You get to take ownership of your business

      Pros

      Blue Signal has created a unique and powerful infrastructure that enables me and every employee to build their desks and businesses in a way that makes the most sense for our unique talents and interests. So often at other firms, you are put in a box that may or may not align to your career goals and objectives. At Blue Signal, I truly feel I get to take ownership of my own desk and outcomes in a way that is rewarding both financially and personally.

      Cons

      I don't think many of the recruiters have seen the structure and setup at other recruiting firms. Because of that, there can be a lack of appreciation for the truly collaborative team environment that exists here. No cut-throat colleagues, no vindictive leaders, no pressure to be unethical in your approach. The values of Blue Signal really do get put on display daily and shine brightest when working together as a team. Be excellent, do the right thing, and help others. I don't think people realize how rare it is to find a recruiting firm that walks that walk.
