Pros

You have access to not only the greatest tools in the entire recruiting industry since leadership is constantly implementing the most advanced technologies for us to leverage, but you also get to work alongside of the best in the industry. Multiple Pinnacle Society members work here. The leadership leads by example while still investing as much time into you as you want to invest in yourself. They are an open book and will walk you through daily how to build a million dollar a year desk in perm billings. Your success is everyone's success. It's a cut throat industry, but you will never get an ounce of that at blue signal. It's truly a collaborative and team environment, regularly working across teams. They live their values and walk the walk.

Cons

You need to be comfortable working remotely. You'll get to interact with people regularly on video and occasional travel, but if you need an office, you need to be located in Phoenix.
