Pros

Blue Signal is a company that authentically lives its values. The leadership team is transparent, approachable, and deeply committed to the success of each employee. The culture is both supportive and collaborative, fostering a strong sense of community while promoting a healthy work-life balance. There’s a clear focus on both professional and personal growth, with accessible training and a culture of active mentorship. The added benefits of remote flexibility and consistent recognition for hard work make it an especially rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

No cons - Things can move quickly and priorities can shift, but leadership communicates changes well and remains open to feedback.

Thank you so much for sharing this — it honestly means a lot. We work hard to create a place where people feel heard, supported, and excited about the work they’re doing, and hearing that it’s been your experience too is incredibly rewarding. We’re lucky to have such a talented, driven team, and it’s people like you who make Blue Signal what it is. Thanks for everything you bring to the table every day. We’re so glad you’re here and can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll continue to do!

Pros

- culture - leadership's ability to welcome recommendations on changes/improvements - ability to do full desk or split model of your choice

Cons

- compensation structure isn't awful but commission is pretty low if you are on the base salary model - work life balance....I mean we're in recruiting and if you're successful you probably work outside of your working hours. So while it's a con, it's industry standard and truly up to you. you work more if you want to make more money sooooo
