Great starting pay and bonuses for a starting position. Sales directly effect your bonuses so you have a lot of control over it.

Cons

Long hours or no hours. Management won't help off the clock and doesn't seem to care.

4 day work week, great pay, overtime, stellar management team, payroll deduct for tools, company vehicles, fuel card, bonus and commission incentives.

Cons

Schedule does prohibit making plans outside of your scheduled days off, insurance is insanely high. Sometimes help on large or complicated jobs would be appreciated
