Most of the employees are friendly.

Cons

Applied for and was hired for a Helpdesk position, then was stuck in a Purchasing position. No training provided, unrealistic expectations that set employees up to fail. HR has no clue what position that employees are hired for, when asked she was told by internal hiring scout and manager that I specifically applied for Purchasing position. If you ask 4 different people the same question on how to accomplish something, you will get 4 different answers. Nobody is on the same page, and nobody has a clue how to help with the Purchasing position.

It is a decent resume booster. The healthcare is also alright.

Cons

- Stole a week of our vacation time when covid hit because we "were not working hard enough in march"... at the beginning of covid - Actively asked employees to generate good reviews on Glassdoor because their reviews are so low -Company culture is non-existent -Average tenure is less than a year -Management is all good old boys who live everyday like Groundhog Day hit in 1987 and they have never left the mindset. -

Most of the people that work there are nice people.

Cons

Where to start. First, be aware that there are LOTS of family members working for this company, so they have a different view than the average employee. This is a very old style, limited outlook type of environment. The business could be so much more than it is if the management would let go of VERY old methods of doing business. This is a very negative work environment.
