It is exciting to see a culture of success where the investment of each person in each role helps an already solid foundation rise up. Having world class products and services helps. We have a commitment to excellence in every aspect of what we do, from finding highly motivated and disciplined professionals, to an unparalleled training and onboarding program that allows everyone to be on the path to success in whatever role. Due to this, we are seeing an exciting time to be part of our organization. We are growing and allowing for opportunity for each person to grow their career. Unlimited economic potential with uncapped commissions and strong recognition programs for top performers.

Cons

With growth comes growing pains. Sometimes people may have to wear more than one hat, however, that allows for an opportunity to new experiences and knowledge.

Thank you for taking the time to address Blue Technologies from a newer employee perspective. We are proud of our “family feel” culture, which can be misinterpreted. When we hire an individual, we are 100% committed to that person’s success and expect the same in return. While we work very hard Monday thru Friday, we also have the work-life balance after hours and on the weekend. Thank you, and we are glad that you are on our team!

Great company that values loyalty. If you succeed and meet expectations there is not limit on where you can go with this company. Positive work environment and great medical/health benefits

tons of pressure on sales to succeed and no repercussions for those who don't.

No training eventhough this was my first IT job Management lies a out raises and promotions No annual review after I was told there would be upon being on boarded Had to do most of the onboarding for me myself No clear line between helpdesk tier responsibilities and Engineering This place lies to its customers and operates on lies don't work here
