Company has great benefits & programs. I really enjoyed most of the people that I worked with. Strong culture and a great place to start a career. Reasonable billing hour requirement. Awesome managing partner.

Cons

Too many supervisors, not enough workers. Leadership has preconceived notions of what you should know- Not much patience if you don't, sometimes unwilling to teach
