Flexibility and work life balance is there .. management is transparent and is reachable atleast on the india operations front.

Not much of cons as I was working at BlueAlly only for 3 months . So not much to say

Almost no micro management from corporate. Strong engineering resources.

Cons

Senior management is all about smoke-n-mirrors. Minimal training, support, and organization from leadership. Cannot execute on acquisitions effectively.
