Almost no micro management from corporate. Strong engineering resources.

Cons

Senior management is all about smoke-n-mirrors. Minimal training, support, and organization from leadership. Cannot execute on acquisitions effectively.

Work-life balance No a-holes! Quality engineers

Cons

No real cons honestly. No micro-management. My only gripe (very minor) is strictly accounting for time on projects. Nature of the beast so not a real con.
