Pros
-Flat organization with access to senior management (when necessary) with an open door policy. They are always receptive to listening to all employee feedback. -All levels of employees (from entry level and up) are encouraged to speak up and share their thoughts and feedback with executive/owner level management. -Company takes time to cultivate and grow employees with access to training, seminars and leadership opportunities. -Still very much a family oriented company; they haven't "outgrown" what made them successful like I've seen with other "big box" companies.
Cons
-It is a company in transition growing from a small to large company and as such, there are growing pain in systems and process approaches. -Salaries are low in some market spaces and will have to increase to capture talent to spur development and growth.
