      Pros

      Aggressively pursues task orders under BPA contracts, meaning that they are able to get work

      Cons

      Many instances, including my own, in which Blueforce reduced employees'salaries and benefits in order to retain a larger share of task order funds.

      Pros

      I consistently felt valued and fully supported throughout my tenure, particularly by the Guatemala country manager, Karla Veliz, whose leadership was outstanding. The company fosters a genuinely positive work environment and truly cares for its employees. Their outreach to former employees is also a commendable practice.

      Cons

      It is genuinely difficult to identify any significant disadvantages from my perspective, as my experience was overwhelmingly positive. Perhaps the only area for potential enhancement would be to further formalize channels for alumni networking and continued engagement, building on the good communication already in place.

      Pros

      With Blueforce you teach and learn, grow and earn. The management professionalism in the company is exceptionally outstanding. The ambiance of respect, integrity, positive attitude, and diligence amongst the teaching and management staff have led to a high retention rates. This positive work atmosphere and the effective management practices have as a result led to great students academic achievements. Hence the satisfaction of the clients, the shareholders and the students alike.

      None! Blueforce projects in Dhahran and Riyadh have been my best teaching experiences since I started my career as an ELT.
