Pros

The culture of the organization matches the values stated in the mission statement. All staff perform their duties professionally and are helpful to other staff. There is a family atmosphere. The company (meaning the leadership) make decisions that best benefit their clients and staff in contrast to most corporations focusing on the bottom-line.

Cons

As the company grows, processes need to evolve to allow for efficient work flow. This has not happened at the pace of company growth.

Pros

First and foremost, a company that actually cares about its employees. Salary and benefits are very good. Management actually listens to employee feedback and tries to improve the company continually. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Housing allowance could be better but depends largely on contract/location
