Pros

Small classes, straight forward DLI curriculum

Cons

Management was unclear in their communications, berated teachers to appease RSAF. HR had many problems, including unresponsiveness to major issues. People were not receiving their bonuses on time, and management showed no accountability.

Pros

Loved the work, great experience to learn from as I was interning under some really talented PMs and recruiters, great contract opportunities.

Cons

Management would be too over controlling in many situations. Need to listen to employees and pay more competitively.

Pros

Aggressively pursues task orders under BPA contracts, meaning that they are able to get work

Cons

Many instances, including my own, in which Blueforce reduced employees'salaries and benefits in order to retain a larger share of task order funds.
