Overall BlueForce is a great company to work for. Always looking for opportunities to grow, management is always happy to listen, always looking for ways to improve processes, jobs around the world. My Project Manager is the best!! He truly cares about the company, the project, and the employees.

Cons

BF started a few year ago and it's still trying to find its balance.

- I felt the job I had was necessary, needed and appreciated (busywork was minimal) - Feedback provided was on point, brief and I got treated with kindness and respect - Salary was appropriate to the job and workload was full and sustainable for the long term - Management was approachable and professional with a culture of customer service - Best overall contractor experience in my 15+ year post military career
