Pros

I've worked at BlueSprig for 5 years now in a number of roles and with a ton of different teams. I continue to be impressed by each team's constant striving to be a better place for the kids we serve and for the people who work here. Does BlueSprig get everything right the first time? No. Do they learn from mistakes or opportunities to improve, listen to feedback, and genuinely care? Yes.

Cons

With such a large company, naturally things change often. It requires flexibility and an open mind and trust that changes (which often require effort) are being done for good reason and with the intent of improving things for employees and clients!

Pros

Pros would be higher pay than most entry level RBT positions in San Antonio and most BCBAs are compassionate and well versed in their role.

Cons

Cons- where to start. no lunch break even though it's in our handbook that we are required one. also we can only eat when our client is scheduled to eat which doesn't always happen depending on your morning and afternoon client. i had to report a BCBA to HR for unethical physical prompting. two RBTs got concussions and were scolded for taking time off.
