Pros

BlueSprig got my foot in the door for psychology and ABA, however, hours are never guaranteed, HR can be hit-or-miss, and admin time is limited to write notes and at a lower base-pay rate.

Cons

Lack of support from HR, difficulty securing full-time benefits, and low pay.
