      Cons

      Work load is a lot. Even on pto working adjusting schedules or taking calls from parents. Never an off button.

      Pros

      Friendly, caring staff and parents. Supervisors were exceptional and have become life-long mentors.

      Cons

      It can be a lot to handle if you are inexperienced or incapable of handing children with problem behaviors independently. You need to be able to handle stressful environments well.
