We offer flexible scheduling, due to it being helpful for the clients, because their schedule can change without warning. For employee breaks, we comply with all state and federal guidelines. We never want anyone to feel burnt out and understand that schedule needs may change throughout time. In terms of pay, we work diligently to ensure that we are competitive in the field, nevertheless, we acknowledge that we are capable of improvement and welcome new feedback.
