Some locations better than others.

Pros

Kids, coworkers, bonuses for long-time staff.

Cons

Inconsistent management. Doing intakes when there is already a staff shortage. Day of schedule changes without asking. Back to back sessions with no breaks (5hrs). Driving counts as breaks sometimes.

We offer flexible scheduling, due to it being helpful for the clients, because their schedule can change without warning. For employee breaks, we comply with all state and federal guidelines. We never want anyone to feel burnt out and understand that schedule needs may change throughout time. In terms of pay, we work diligently to ensure that we are competitive in the field, nevertheless, we acknowledge that we are capable of improvement and welcome new feedback. We will continue to follow up and follow through on all feedback and thank you for your time!
