Pros

Great company values and respect for clients. Excellent training overall. How many hours you recieve are based on client load and good communication with your operations manager. Positive employee culture. Great health insurance options.

Cons

Quality of individual center is reflected by management, as everywhere. Pay is not competitive as a company.

Pros

This company has the most supportive admin team I've ever had the pleasure to work for! Training is very detailed and prepares you for the reality of life as an RBT. Communication between management and lower level employees is on point. Scheduling is flexible and full time status starts at 28 hours a week. This company encourages employees to go to school and is supportive of students.

Cons

Behaviors of some of the kids can be intimidating, but that is true of any ABA company. You get feedback often which can be hard if you are not used to receiving constructive criticism.

Changing the world for children with autism would not be possible without your help! Our goal is to provide a level playing field for all by offering several weeks of training for new staff as well as additional training opportunities throughout the year like our month-long clinical conference and LearnUpon courses.
