Cons

Hours are cut often due to kid callouts Scheduling changes occurs often, sometimes without your knowledge. Pay is lower than others in area You don't get all National holidays off

We appreciate your feedback! Flexible hours and a good structure are important, and we hope to provide that for every employee! It’s important to us that we are providing an environment where we are not only helping our clients but also supporting our team members along the way and helping them grow in their profession. In the event that a client cancels, we encourage you to talk with your center leadership about scheduling make-up hours or hours at a different location that is local. Just this year, we have updated our National Holidays as well as added two floating holiday PTO to use when it is most meaningful for you! All feedback will be followed up and followed through. Great management and supervisors, nice community with coworkers.

Cons

Training was extensive but I found I still had to learn a lot on the job.
