Thank you for helping us change the world for children with autism! We frequently gather market data to ensure that we are competitive in the field as it relates to pay but understand that there are always opportunities for improvement! We frequently request input from employees to see what we can do to enhance the work-place culture and benefits and truly appreciate your insight. We will continue to follow up and follow through on all feedback and thank you for your time!

Pros

Knowledge of insurance requirements and supporting the BCBA with following guidelines Reminders of when treatment plans are due BCBA typically does not have to make their own material BCBA-D on staff

Cons

Depending on the sight you are working the culture can be toxic Gaslighting occurs with leadership when concerns are expressed The type of organization that if you have the right personality type and you drink the kool-aid you will be very happy and successful If you happen to ask questions from time to time or express struggle there maybe limited opportunity for growth. You won’t be invited to sit at the “ cool kids” table .
