Our clinical director was fantastic, clients are fun, paid training and certification/licensure

Cons

Lack of organization in operations, shady upper management, too profit driven, pay could be better

Pros

Friendly, helpful co-workers willing to help you, encouraging and motivating. In depth training and understanding.

Cons

Fast pace,/nature of job…you must know the skills and how to implement them memorized in order to be successful. I feel like even with them memorized and after on-boarding there wasn’t a period where you could develop working knowledge. Expectation was to already be an expert. Not a lot of time to practice skills.
