      pay rate and management

      Pros

      This company is great to get into the field. They train you hands on and give you the stepping stool needed. There are team bonding meets outside of the job.

      Cons

      The pay rate is low and the management shows bias to certain groups of people. I think for 6 months stay for experience but long term is different. There is room to grow when you are new to this field. If you are a certified BCBA or RBT I dont highly suggest this company.

In terms of pay, we work diligently to ensure that we are competitive in the field, nevertheless, we acknowledge that we are capable of improvement and welcome new feedback.
