Pros

My center director allows input on client preferences when creating schedules. She does a lot to create a fun clinic atmosphere and flexible with time off when needed.

Cons

The schedule is always changing, some co-workers are not professional in their work ethic and model bad behavior to other RBTs.

Semi-guaranteed hours Good training program Corporate sends perks and treats often Internship program for BCBA candidates Slightly higher base pay than other ABA clinics

Cons

Central Reach Two month waiting period to apply, and not necessarily get, to be in the internship Some locations have RBT’s who don’t seem to care Director/ Lead BCBA can often come off as rude, but is very knowledgeable and no nonsense

Thank you for providing your feedback! Flexible hours and a good structure are essential and we hope to give that to every employee! It’s important to us that we are providing an environment where we are helping the children we work with and supporting our team members along the way and helping them grow in their profession. We are always open to feedback and understanding of how we, as an organization, can continually better ourselves for our employees. Thanks for being a valued member of our team and for helping us change the world for children with autism!
