We are so grateful to have the best BCBAs and RBTs and we appreciate their dedication to our clients as well as the hard work they put in to change the world for children with autism. In the event that we have not made the best pairing between staff and children, we make the necessary corrections. While we understand the "red tape" may be lengthy, it is important that we follow all industry standards and provide the highest quality ABA therapy services possible. Changing the world for children with autism would not be possible without your help! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed working with the children, their families, as well as the BCBAs. It’s important to us that we are providing an environment where we are not only helping our clients but also supporting our team members along the way and helping them grow in their profession. Our goal is to provide a level playing field for all by offering several weeks of training for new staff as well as additional training opportunities throughout the year like our month-long clinical conference and LearnUpon courses.
