Pros

Plenty of hours to go around.

Cons

Some of the kiddos aren't paired well with staff. It seems like they are trying to maximize hours without thinking about which staff would be effective for a particular kiddo.

Thank you for your work to help us change the world for children with autism! We appreciate your feedback. We are so grateful to have the best BCBAs and RBTs and we appreciate their dedication to our clients as well as the hard work they put in to change the world for children with autism. In the event that we have not made the best pairing between staff and children, we make the necessary corrections. While we understand the "red tape" may be lengthy, it is important that we follow all industry standards and provide the highest quality ABA therapy services possible. We will continue to find ways to make our processes more efficient so our employees can continue doing what they love! We would love to learn more about your experience so we can ensure everyone is receiving the support they need. Please reach out to hr@bluesprigpediatrics.com so we can identify ways to help support you and future team members. Thank you!

Pros

My experience with BlueSprig has been absolutely fabulous! The high quality care and attention to displaying our values and mission through every employee has been wonderful to be a part of. Even though the headquarters is in a different part of the country, I still feel very connected and supported.

Cons

As we seek to reach even more families, all teams have to to be nimble to organizational changes as we make improvements that will maintain quality and employee/client satisfaction. This flexibility is a challenge, but a very positive one.

Pros

The clients themselves are great. The other RBT’s are supportive of each other and there is a very team oriented environment among them. The company is still new so there are still many policy changes (this can be a pro/con based on how you feel about frequent changes).

Cons

Schedules are never consistent and every morning you have to check to see for any surprise changes. “Full-time” never actually gets 40 hours. No lunch breaks, you have to try and eat when your kid is eating. No raises. Pay is not enough for the chaos that you have to deal with on a daily basis as far as scheduling and disorganization.
