We care about providing a supportive environment for our team members so that they can not only help our clients but also grow with us in their careers. We frequently request feedback from employees to see what we can do to enhance the workplace culture and truly appreciate your insight. Thank you!

Thank you for your kind words! You are correct that we do care about our clients immensely, and we also care about our great employees that help care for our clients and their families. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience that driving to in-home therapy sessions caused you; we do compensate employees for travel time to these sessions to help with the added task involved in providing these services. We are always working to improve processes and will look into making the PTO request process a quicker one for everyone. Thanks!
