Pros

Close team of therapists, amazing clients

Cons

Unorganized scheduling (literally every morning was a surprise) rude upper management, no pay raises and no employee incentives. This company’s top tier pay is most clinics entry level pay. Employees have no lunch breaks, upper management prefers to bill client insurance during the 30 minute lunch period. Extremely poor communication from upper management. MOST importantly, clients needs are not a top priority to upper management. BCBA’s are very slow at updating client goals, clients seemed to regress consistently, very sad for innocent children that have so much more potential, parents are not fully aware and are wasting money.

Flexible scheduling is helpful because the client’s schedule can change without warning.

We are so sorry you felt that there was no communication. Currently, local leadership visit and meet with their teams to provide two-way communication. They communicate their needs in the field to support services, but we are an organization of continuous improvement, so we are always looking for ways to be better. Also, our holiday schedule for 2022 will change! As for pay, we frequently gather market data to ensure that we are competitive.

Pros

As a BCBA I have the ability to help change the lives of children who have been diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum!

Cons

Company has been in business over a year! Without any policies and procedures. Employer doesn’t not communicate with Employees! There was no support from corporate office and questionable billing to healthcare payers. Employer continues to bill under NPI of providers who are no longer employees of the company!

As for a fast pace environment, we made a decision to slow our growth in 2021 to make sure we are supporting our teams well. Also, Local leadership visit and meet with their teams to provide two-way communication. They communicate their needs in the field to support services, but we are an organization of continuous improvement, so we are always looking for ways to be better.
