Pros

BlueSprig is a mission-driven company that puts client needs first by hiring passionate providers and providing them with the mentorship and training needed to fulfill best practices. Practitioners have ethical caseloads, allowing for effective treatment planning and clinical oversight.

Cons

When “cons” are identified, leadership works hard to quickly improve the process by gaining feedback from team members and making appropriate adjustments. An ongoing difficulty is one that is not unique to the company itself - a shortage of quality providers to meet the needs of families across developmental span, age, setting, and location. BlueSprig works to address this barrier by offering an unsurpassed internship experience that supports those interested in pursuing the field of ABA.

Pros

BlueSprig is an organization that is dedicated to changing the world for children with autism. The company's values permeate every aspect of the job and you see the commitment to high quality services shine every day. Each team is cohesive and dedicated to changing the lives of those they serve. The workplace is set to support not only clients and families we serve, but also the staff that work together every day. This is a company I would tell anyone to work at if they are looking to build a meaningful and fulfilling career as part of a wonderful team.

Cons

This is a fast-paced job that requires a flexible and dedicated individual to succeed. Collaboration inside and out of the team is an absolute requirement, and someone who struggles to work as part of a team would have difficulty succeeding in this organization.

Pros

The management is very understanding and takes your opinion into consideration, regardless of your level in the company. The environment is always fun.

Cons

This field can be stressful to work in regardless of the company, but I think BlueSprig does its best to learn and grow.
