Pros

Caring BCBAs and great staff. There is a lot of potential for this company. The benefits are great and the ability to have PTO is also wonderful, especially when an RBT.

Pros

BlueSprig leadership works hard to implement data based decision making across all facets of service delivery and company growth. They equip their leaders and employees with the tools to provide quality services and access ongoing training that support effective treatment outcomes. No matter their role, it's easy to encounter a BlueSprig employee that is passionate about what they do. There's a tangible positive company culture - their people are clearly happy to work at BlueSprig. Employees are welcoming, and look out to help each other. The leadership truly cares that their employees are happy and cared for. There is a strong emphasis ethical service delivery - from start to finish. Clinicians are trained to utilize the tenants of applied behavior analysis in a socially significant manner. They strive to be both conceptually systematic and technological in scaling their clinical growth. This translates to prioritizing quality over quantity of services - which results in meaningful changes for clients.

Cons

It can be challenging to always be aware of internal changes that occur. The company is growing quickly, and there are times where pieces of information may not get to the intended group/party.
