Thank you for providing feedback. Our goal is to provide a level playing field for all by offering several weeks of training for new staff as well as additional training opportunities throughout the year like our month-long clinical conference and LearnUpon courses. We also have different career paths, because it’s important to us that we are providing an environment where we are not only helping our clients but also supporting our team members along the way and helping them grow in their profession. Through recent company changes, we have added to our benefits and compensation package. We will continue to follow up and follow through on all feedback and thank you for your time!

I'm so sorry to hear that your experience as an RBT with BlueSprig wasn't a good one. Your role has such a critical impact on our clients and their families, and can be so rewarding. It sounds like in your short time at BlueSprig you ran into some challenges with the team in Tulsa. This isn't something we hear often - I know they have such compassion for their clients and each other, so it's sad to hear about your perception of the team. I'm open to talking with you about how we can improve on the experience for all our employees. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you want to share details and how we can better support your peers. Kindest regards, Marta Sullivan Vice President, Human Resources

Pros

- rewarding watching the children learn/grow -decent pay -good hours -good benefits

Cons

I've been with the company for awhile now, and throughout my time I have began to notice the management isn't about the growth of the kids and what is best for them, but is about making money. There have been numerous times where I get thrown in with kids I haven't ever been trained on and told "ask questions if you need to." When missing work, you WILL have to make up the hours even if you requested the PTO well in advance. Management does not seem to understand that people do have lives outside of the work place and believes we should be available 24/7. Although hours are stated as 8-5, M-F there will be times you will work starting as early as 7:30 AM , work as late as 6:00 PM work Saturday's, and travel out of town for clients.

Thank you for your service with BlueSprig and for providing us feedback on your experience. We're glad to hear that you found it rewarding to work with our clients and have such a positive impact on their lives. That is so powerful! BlueSprig is an organization whose mission is to change the lives of children with autism. To accomplish this, we need funding to open centers, staff them with highly qualified clinicians, and provide the best resources to communities in need of our services. Our management team can achieve the highest level of clinical quality while also overseeing the financial aspects of the business. In fact, both are critical for the success of our mission. Sometimes, when we may be in the recruiting process, or we have new clients and are working on training our team on new client programs, we ask our therapists and BCBAs to be flexible with their schedules and their client services. It's definitely not an easy role. The rewards are immense, and so are the expectations we have for our teams. The hours can vary, though we try to stay within the 8AM-6PM timeframe when scheduling our teams. And the travel became very important during COVID so we could limit exposure and still provide services in the safest way for our employees and clients. Your feedback is valuable and we appreciate the time you took to share your perspective. It means a lot that you would make the effort to give us feedback we can benefit from. I wish you all the best in your career and thank you for your service to BlueSprig. Kindest regards, Marta Sullivan Vice President, Human Resources
