Pros

focus on the quality of care flexibility with treatment plans lots of clinical support lots of CEUs great training departments strong focus on ethics

Cons

If you have thought about a case there is a form for that! expect to spend hours every night completing notes. policies change every week with little communication Clinicians are often penalized for not having high quality of care but not given resources or time to do so

We are glad that you enjoyed the clinical support, training, and quality of ethics we provide. It is important that we follow all industry standards and provide the highest quality ABA therapy services possible, and we will continue to find ways to make our processes more efficient for all. We never want our employees to feel burnt out so we recommend staff appreciation days and fun events for our centers so they can have fun doing what they love. We understand that there are always opportunities for growth and improvement. The management is uncoordinated and two faced. There's a reason the turn over rate is high.

Changing the world for children with autism would not be possible without your help! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed working with the children, their families, as well as the BCBAs. It’s important to us that we are providing an environment where we are not only helping our clients but also supporting our team members along the way and helping them grow in their profession. Our goal is to provide a level playing field for all by offering several weeks of training for new staff as well as additional training opportunities throughout the year like our month-long clinical conference and LearnUpon courses.
