Pros

Flexible schedule for clinicians. However administrative personnel did have to have a set schedule.

Cons

Work culture was really toxic and sometimes clinic leadership would encourage that negative behavior. Pay was also not the best compared to other ABA therapy providers.

Pros

Pay was decent, great co-workers

Cons

Days are long. Some cases are more difficult than others, kids are easier to communicate than others. Management was toxic, gossip, and unfair treatment due to race and gender. The training is extensive and hard to learn. I worked so hard to complete it all, and they fired me because I needed more time. (I have a learning disability...)
