Pros

I was offered the chance to move up the ladder pretty quickly. The fun atmosphere of the office day to day. The relationships between the staff, management, and families are amazing!

Cons

The training could be better for staff, that way they are more prepared to step on the floor. Upper management that are not in the clinic setting day to day, to have a better understanding of all the day to day struggles a clinic goes through. Had more support from upper management, during rough times. Offer pay increases and didn't max staff out when they hit their top dollar amount. Have a better work-life balance. Get paid over time, even when salary or get paid something for when you put in well over 40 hours a week or 80 hours in two weeks. When you do marketing events, get paid additional for those. Allow office management to do more for staff, this would help with the turn over rate.

Pros

The kids, co-workers, somewhat flexibility

Cons

I have been working at this workplace for some time now, and I must say that there are several drawbacks that make it challenging to stay motivated and productive. For starters, there are no lunch breaks or breaks in general, even when working for eight hours straight. This can be exhausting and detrimental to our health and well-being. Moreover, it's often hard to get bathroom breaks, especially if you have kids who are not comfortable transitioning to different rooms. This can create additional stress and discomfort, which can affect our work quality and efficiency. Another issue is the constant schedule changes, which can make it hard to plan our personal lives and maintain a healthy work-life balance. The constant understaffing exacerbates this problem, as we are often stretched thin and unable to keep up with the workload. Additionally, the pay is low compared to the demands of the job, which can be disheartening and demotivating. We work with kids for five-hour sessions, which is longer than other ABA centers where sessions are 2-3 hours, making it more challenging to maintain our focus and energy. Furthermore, the bi-monthly meetings are often long and grueling, with no lunch breaks provided, which can be frustrating and exhausting. Lastly, there is a heavy overturn of both staff and leadership, which can create a sense of instability and uncertainty. Overall, while there are some positives to this workplace, such as the opportunity to work with kids and make a positive impact, the cons outweigh the pros, and it can be a challenging and stressful place to work."
