Thank you for your honest feedback. It’s great to hear that you felt supported in your role through feedback and that your manager made an effort to care for the team. We’re sorry to hear that parts of the team environment felt challenging. A positive, respectful workplace is important to us, and concerns around team dynamics, favoritism, and recognition are areas we continue working to improve. We appreciate the time you spent with us and the contributions you made, and we wish you continued success ahead.

Pros

• Strong sense of community within my training cohort — supportive, diverse, and genuinely kind women • Online 40-hour training was clear and manageable • Passing my RBT exam here was a major milestone • Some supervisors were encouraging about career growth • Safety was taken more seriously than at other centers (bulletproof windows, secure environment) • Exposure to a variety of clients and clinical needs • A few coworkers were respectful and easy to work with

Cons

• Extremely high turnover — I saw 10+ people leave in just seven months • Inconsistent leadership and unclear expectations • Notes became a constant source of pressure, with shifting policies and limited paid time to complete them • Supervisors often questioned staff unnecessarily or publicly, creating tension • Sexual comments from a male coworker were handled informally and unprofessionally • Racial dynamics were noticeable — I was questioned or scrutinized more after another Black woman walked out • Requests for part-time hours (due to school) were ignored for months • Tablets frequently died during sessions, disrupting data collection • Cleaning expectations were placed on staff without compensation • Supervisors appeared exhausted and overwhelmed, which affected support

Pros

Excellent front desk team who made you want to stay there and was very on top of employees relations and managing call outs. Specifically Lisa Marie and Maria. I will miss them the most, I've never had better front end managers then them Training in the beginning was great and becoming an rbt was very smooth with the company Coworkers were very caring individuals I would have stayed if my pay was raised

Cons

Frequent hour cuts out of nowhere and hiring new people when other people need the hours Really difficult to even have a budget or sense of security financially at Blue Sprig when you suddenly your income per month is split in half Getting placed with center clients with no bcba meeting prior about the case, there are many details about the children or even tips that would have been helpful to provide even better care to everyone. Everyones just slammed all the time it seems, to have time going over a case with an RbT who hasn't worked very often with the kid Working after work to finish converting unpaid. The summaries needed more details then just 10 minutes given. If you want a quick synopsis sure but I care about the kids and I often had to just rush through it so i am not working unpaid when I wanted to give it way more time to give as much details as possible
