There is a strong sense of teamwork at BlueSprig. The collaboration between BCBAs, RBTs, and other staff is fantastic, and it creates a positive environment for both the employees and the clients we serve.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, there are occasional growing pains with systems and processes.

This company started out so strong but just isn't what it used to be

Okay benefits and the work we provide is very impactful in children's lives

Cons

Growth has become nearly impossible. They have spread themselves too thin after the pandemic and never intended on rehiring nearly as many people. The expectation is to have one person do several peoples jobs and audit you with several reports that consume more time than it should. Management is very disorganized and what originally was a decent role has become a complete mess. I would not recommend working here.
