Pros

The clients, the change you make, the families, the hours, the coworkers.

Cons

Bad corporate team. Not compassionate. Only in it for the money. The corporate level does not care about the kids or the employees. No breaks. 9-10 hour shift.

We're happy to hear that you enjoyed working with our clients, families, coworkers, and that you appreciated the positive impact that your work had on those around you. However, we're sorry to hear that your experience with our corporate team fell short of your expectations. At BlueSprig, we strive to provide a compassionate and supportive work environment for all of our employees. We recognize that without our team's hard work and dedication, we wouldn't be able to provide the quality care that our clients and their families deserve. Our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of the children and families we serve, and this mission extends to our employees as well. We take all feedback seriously and will continue to work hard to create a supportive and compassionate work environment for all of our employees.

Pros

Working with the clients is rewarding but that is the only pro I experienced from this company

Cons

Toys are never disinfected. You will always be sick and so will the children. No bathroom or lunch breaks. Schedule is constantly changing. Hours are not consistent, and neither are your clients. Impossible to pair with a client when you have a different one every day. VERY low pay compared to other centers. Management cares more about bringing in money and filling up the schedule, they don't care about the kids or the staff's wellbeing. Outdated equipment that is falling apart, and toys are all missing pieces.

Thank you for your review and time with BlueSprig! The safety of our clients and employees is a top priority, and we have guidelines to ensure the safety of all. We offer flexible scheduling due to it being helpful for the clients because their schedules can change without warning. In the event that a client cancels, we encourage you to talk with your center leadership about scheduling make-up hours or hours at a different location that is local. Our team is working hard to clarify this for all employees. We would love to learn more about your experience so we can ensure everyone is receiving the support they need. Please reach out to hr@bluesprigpediatrics.com so we can identify ways to help support you and future team members. Thank you!
