The company does have a lot of internal resources such as trainings, CEUs, and mentorship’s available. Also has fairly rigorous ethical standards for clinical programming and treatment planning.

Cons

Very high turnover at all levels of the company during my employment. Operations is a mess with frequent “hiccups” in scheduling, communication, and policy. Pay is pretty low compared to other

Flexibility and a good structure are important and we hope to provide that to every employee! The BCBAs that I worked alongside were awesome! So incredibly helpful, easy to keep in contact with, and amazing with the clients. A diverse group of employee's and good environment.

Cons

Not the most competitive salary for the field.
