      Rewarding job if you like the field, but poor compensation and benefits.

      The job can be rewarding if you like this work.

      Cons

      Low pay, inconsistent hours, high stress job, poor management, will make you work at other clinics and do not compensate for the commute.

      Overall a great mission in theory.

      Continuous change and uncertainty. Newer company that grew too fast and too many people making changes who have no direct correlation to the clinic.
