We are so sorry you felt that there was no communication. Currently, local leadership visit and meet with their teams to provide two-way communication. They communicate their needs in the field to support services, but we are an organization of continuous improvement, so we are always looking for ways to be better. Also, our holiday schedule for 2022 will change! As for pay, we frequently gather market data to ensure that we are competitive.

Pros

The RBTs and BCBAs are great and truly care for the children. You are able to work with a multitude of children and staff instead of a small team. They provide decent insurance.

Cons

This company does not put money into the clinics or stimuli for the clients. If you need something for a child, expect to have to purchase it with your own money. Bluesprig also does not provide any RBTs for administrative tasks so if you need materials made, you have to do it on your personal time at home. Additionally, with no admin time the clinics become dirty. If I toured one of the nearby clinics, I would not send my child there due to the filth on the walls and toys. When you are provided with an evaluation, it is 6 months after the review period. It is obvious that the CEO has no behavioral background because there are no incentives to motivate RBTs (or the children for that matter). This is the consensus of multiple BCBAs and RBTs from different clinics, not just my opinion.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing the dedication of our RBTs and BCBAs. We're proud to have team members who are passionate about making a positive difference for the children and families we serve. We also appreciate your perspective regarding resources, support, and the clinic environment. Providing high-quality care and maintaining a positive workplace are ongoing priorities, and feedback like yours helps us identify opportunities to improve.
