Pros

I genuinely love working at BlueSprig because the support is real—from leadership to teammates. I feel valued as a BCBA, encouraged to grow clinically, and trusted to do what’s best for my clients. The collaboration and emphasis on quality care make this a really positive place to work.

Cons

Like many growing companies, things can move quickly and require flexibility with caseload changes.

Pros

I started working for Bluesprig for over a year, and I started as a Behavior technician, Their training program is great, even though I was part-time I was given every opportunity. They offered shadowing, they helped with hands on training. They supported with the exam material, I recommend Bluesprig wholeheartedly.

Cons

When work is fun, it is hard to find cons.. However, the scheduling is a bit off, we have to constantly keep a check on the shifts to make sure the client is coming or not especially during the holiday season. any off season. Merchandise is not available for everyone,
