      OM and BCBAs ignore feedback and pay is significantly lower than average

      Pros

      It's what you make of it with fellow RBTs. Clients were the only thing keeping us there.

      Cons

      Inexperienced, micromanaging BCBA. Highly emotional manager who was afraid of conflict. Racial preferences with clients. No opportunity for growth. Little to no communication with parents.
