Not the best

Pros

You get to work with great families and some awesome therapists.

Cons

You’re expected to take on and start EVERY family, even the ones that need a different type of intervention/therapy. No say in the day to day even as a manager. Terrible work/life balance

Every member of our clinical team is well-versed in our clients' treatment plans, goals, and targets. As a client progresses, the clinician will review progress with the therapy team and the client’s family to ensure the best clinical outcomes. Pros

Working with the clients is rewarding but that is the only pro I experienced from this company

Cons

Toys are never disinfected. You will always be sick and so will the children. No bathroom or lunch breaks. Schedule is constantly changing. Hours are not consistent, and neither are your clients. Impossible to pair with a client when you have a different one every day. VERY low pay compared to other centers. Management cares more about bringing in money and filling up the schedule, they don't care about the kids or the staff's wellbeing. Outdated equipment that is falling apart, and toys are all missing pieces.

Thank you for your review and time with BlueSprig! The safety of our clients and employees is a top priority, and we have guidelines to ensure the safety of all. We offer flexible scheduling due to it being helpful for the clients because their schedules can change without warning. In the event that a client cancels, we encourage you to talk with your center leadership about scheduling make-up hours or hours at a different location that is local. Our team is working hard to clarify this for all employees. We would love to learn more about your experience so we can ensure everyone is receiving the support they need. Please reach out to hr@bluesprigpediatrics.com so we can identify ways to help support you and future team members. Thank you!
