The kids Decent training when becoming an RBT

Cons

Cliquish leadership Ethical violations not being investigated Employees who break the ethical violations are not given any repercussions Only care about the money not the children or employees They do not honor their values - it’s all a show to make the company look good

Pros

Great company values and respect for clients. Excellent training overall. How many hours you recieve are based on client load and good communication with your operations manager. Positive employee culture. Great health insurance options.

Cons

Quality of individual center is reflected by management, as everywhere. Pay is not competitive as a company.
