      Pros

      cybersecurity is a very inspiring place to be, and the work feels meaningful. We are solving tough problems with a focus on talent, so I find the culture very respectful and positive. The work life balance, respect from leaders to engineering, and more is why I hope to be here a long time

      Cons

      cybersecurity is less mature than other areas of bigger tech, so there are are areas of software maturity that don't feel as tight even though I feel that BV is a leader in cybersecurity. Sometimes rapid growth and acquisitions also means we are more silioed than a company our size should be, though the org is flat, so that helps
